Can I purchase multiple copies of your apps in bulk?

How do I download an app I already purchased previously without being charged again?

You should not be charged if you use the same iTunes account. See here for more information.

How do I redeem an App Code?

1. Copy the code.
2. Launch the AppStore App.
3. Select the “Featured” Tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
5. Click on the “Redeem” row.
6. Paste the code.

Alternatively, you can redeem the code in iTunes on the desktop.

App Crashes

Is an app crashing on you? We would like to fix it ASAP. Please help us by sending us a crash report as an email attachment so we can diagnose the problem.

Obtain crash reports by syncing your device with iTunes, then looking for it in the appropriate directory.

Mac OS X

iPhone: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/

iPod touch: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/

(The tilde ”~” represents your Home directory.)

Windows XP
