Some of our users have reported our FAR/AIM app crashing upon upgrading to versions 2.0 and 2.0.1. We are terribly sorry for this and are working to get a fix up ASAP.

If this is happening to you, you can rectify it immediately by reinstalling the app on your iOS device. First, delete the app from your device and then reinstall it by syncing it in iTunes on your desktop. Alternatively, you may download it again directly from the AppStore after deleting it. Please be sure to use the same iTunes account that you used to purchase the app originally though, so you do not get charged again. If done correctly, the button that normally indicates the price of the app in the AppStore will instead say “Download”.
